I’ve always had a strong focus on People & Organisational Development. Nowadays, I’m a Leadership & Transformation consultant with great knowledge and skills for leading complex Business Transformations and developing Leadership capabilities in Corporate Organisations. My consultancy practice consists out of facilitating/ coaching Boards and Management Teams to High Performance, coaching Executive Business Leaders on Leadership Impact and positioning the HR function as a powerful Business Partner. Peter Stoppelenburg
I have worked for two decades in senior finance and general management positions. Having worked for international organizations and lived in several countries, I bring in a global context and on-the-ground experience leading multinational teams. In 2014, I started my own consultancy practice focusing on leadership development and large-scale transformations. As a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle, I have coached teams and senior leaders throughout the world.
Marchien Kuik
As a coach and consultant I have more than 20 years of experience in organizational and talent development. I do this by guiding the development of individuals and teams, by investigating what is ‘below the waterline’. Through discuss who you are, what you have in your backpack and what that means for your effectiveness in collaboration. One of the ways I achieve my own growth is by doing training. That’s how I am accredited for the Leadership Circle and have followed various coaching courses. I am also a certified mediator and Deep Democracy facilitator and I have experience with the ideas of Patrick Lencioni. All these models and concepts are in my ‘backpack’ and during coaching sessions I use what suits the setting and the development question.
